    •    Damage from accidents, negligence, or environmental factors.
    •    Any part installed by an unqualified technician.

3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To make a warranty claim, customers must:
    1.    Notify Shopmecko within the warranty period.
    2.    Provide proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
    3.    Return the defective part for inspection.

Shopmecko will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds are provided.
